Thank you for applying for membership with the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents, a trade association for real estate buyer agents dedicated to buyers.

Exclusive Buyers Office-Broker/Owner
     Office where the broker/owner and all agents in the office take no listings and do not represent sellers. Licensee Owner or Broker responsible for payment of referral fees
Exclusive Buyers Office-Primary Office Contact
     Office where the broker/owner and all agents in the office take no listings and do not represent sellers. Licensee in office is not the broker/owner, but is the designated manager of the office to manage referrals.
Exclusive Buyers Office - Agent
     Office where the broker/owner and all agents in the office take no listings and do not represent sellers. Agent membership is for individuals who are not the broker/owner or manager of referrals.
Affiliate Service Provider
     Individual who is not licensed in real estate, but who provides services to the real estate industry.
Offers Buyer Services-Broker/Owner
     A broker/owner licensee who has an office that takes listings and practices "single agency". Single agency is defined as the practice of not representing both parties in the same transaction within the same office.
Offers Buyer Services-Primary Office Contact
     A  licensee who has an office that takes listings and practices "single agency", and is the primary office contact.  Single agency is defined as the practice of not representing both parties in the same transaction within the same office. This person is not the broker/owner, but is responsible for management and payment of referrals.
Offers Buyer Services-Agent
     An agent licensee who has an office that takes listings and practices "single agency". Single agency is defined as the practice of not representing both parties in the same transaction within the same office.
